Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to refund your purchase within 15 days of your original date of purchase. We reserve the right to mail a refund check for purchases made with a check.

The processing time is two weeks.  Items paid with a credit card will be processed upon the day of return with the original credit card that was used for the purchase.

Exchanges: 

We will gladly exchange any item, except for special orders and custom orders, towards any item of equal or greater value.

Special Orders are Non-Refundable: 

If an item was ordered for you with your consent, specially ordered for you, sized to you or to fit your diamond or gemstone, than the item is not Refundable.  We may be able to exchange the item for a different item in stock; this is on a case-by-case basis.  Specifically titanium or tungsten.

Custom Orders Are Not Refundable: 

Custom orders are items, we create with your specific desire to have a style of jewelry we do not have in stock made, and therefore we cannot take the item back.  We work diligently with our master designers to create an item as close to what your expectations are.

To receive a full refund, simply return your purchase to us, undamaged, within 15 days of receiving the merchandise.

Our refund policy is within 15 days, you will receive a full refund, minus any shipping expenses. After 15 days, a full in store credit is available up to 30 days.

Orders that have been placed and then canceled will be issued a 15% restocking fee plus shipping.
